Perfection Filler - PF 2180
The MAYER PF 2180 perfection filler is a compact and easy to use machine with features that
ensure quality filling results, performance and versatility when filling flats/trays and
individual containers like hanging baskets or mum pans. Proper cell filling is ensured by a
thoughtfully engineered soil drop, free soil flow paddle design and a built in speed adjustable
vibrating device. The double paddle rotor, rubber scraper and powered cylindrical brush clean the
flat of to the growers specifications before it exits the unit.
Changing any adjustment is quick and easy also converting to container filling is a breeze and
requires only one wrench or socket. The unit is on wheels and can easily be moved by one person.
The low profile hopper is easy to load and if necessary it can be extended to offer more capacity
for batch feeding.
