Potting machine TM 2600 - A new dimension in automation
The potting machine TM 2600 combines productivity, economy and ergonomics
at the highest possible level.
The core of this machine concept, the patent dual turntable, creates the
technological requirements for outstanding performance potential: maximum
output is 8,000 pots per hour; this is achieved in a manner that is gentle
on the materials and low on costs by means of the principle of
counterrotating turntables.
In addition to lower maintenance requirements and an extended serviceable
life, the original Mayer circular system is very convincing in its
capacity for structuring the working environment ergonomically and
utilising the space available optimally. Two pot dispensers with storage
belt attached close to the machine ensure a trouble-free supply of pots on
both sides.
