Sticking, Printing, Inserting - Reliable Labeling
The labeling systems WP offer four different solutions for labeling your plants:
1. The labeling machine without printer
For automatic
fixation of printed adhesive labels on pots. Suitable for reels with printed labels in different
sizes. Also suitable for large label reels. Can be used at a conveyor. Compatible with all conveyor
belts. Also deliverable as a compact labelling station with roller platform.
2. The labeling machine with printer (thermo transfer printer)
For automatic printing and fixing adhesive labels on pots in one production step.
Including software for label presetting. Enter directly with PC or data medium. Can be used at a
conveyor. Compatible with all conveyor belts.
3. The label sticker
For automatic sticking of labels in round or square
pots suitable for most standard sticking labels. Can be used at a conveyor. Compatible with most
conveyor belts, pneumatically controlled, mobile device, without punching tool. Available as an
option: punching tool for compact root balls.
4. The Hot-Melt Label Machine
Features
- No more clicks or stabbing.
- No problems with bark or other afstrooimiddelen.
- For round and square pots.
- The label is glued to the pot.
- Mobile implemented, so portable.
- Capacity 2500 labels per hour.
- Label is really sticks to the pot with an environmentally friendly semi-permanent glue.
