Push-over systems from Willburg and Mayer arrang and sort your pots at
the end of a production chain safely and reliably in rows and columns.
Precise lines are formed in order to allow the pots or trays to be exactly
picked up in the next step, e.g. with the forks of a fork-lift truck. They
control the pot size or the distance between the pots or manage the
collection process.

The system pushes the pots from the small built-in conveyor belt to the
wide collecting belt, from where the pots can be taken off safely.
The system offers more than different 100 programs. On a touch screen
you can select the used pot size. You thus have the possibility of
positioning the plants with the desired spacing onto the broad conveyor
belt.
The push-over system is mechanically controlled. The system is equipped
with a protection against slippage when taking-off plants with a fork. A
small 500 mm long buffer conveyor belt is mounted in front the cross
conveyor belt. The frame and sides of the conveyor belt are powder-coated.
The guide over which the upper belt runs is made of galvanised steel.
When collecting the potted plants again for shipment / packaging, they are
placed onto the broad collecting belt with the forks of the fork-lift
truck and transported by driven rollers normally onto narrow conveyor
belts.
